The Colorado Avalanche may sound cold, but they’re bringing some heat to the Pepsi Center in Denver this fall.
On Sept. 22, the Avalanche kick off their first pre-season match against the Los Angeles Kings, followed by the St. Louis Blues on Sept. 26 and the Dallas Stars on Sept. 28.
The Pepsi Center isn’t only home for hockey, but also concerts like Muse on Oct. 2 as well as Nickelback, Buckcherry and Three Days Grace on Oct. 18.
Muse is touring in support of their fifth studio album, The Resistance, which was released in September 2009. Special guests Passion Pit and Metric will also be performing throughout the tour.
Nickelback just added another leg to their Dark Horse tour, which runs from Sept. 14 through Oct. 30. Dark Horse, the band’s sixth studio album, was released in November 2008. Look for special guests Buckcherry to promote their upcoming album All Night Long, while Three Days Grace continue to tour in support of their September 2009 album Life Starts Now.
